Wide open spaces and an overgrowth of greens abound in the public plaza of La Paz District attracting fun and recreation into sunny mornings or lazy afternoons. Known for being one of Iloilo’s more beautiful parks, the La Paz Plaza is a place where everyone from all walks of life enjoy especially with the company of friends.

The La Paz Plaza is featured by a large field, where football competitions and big events such variety shows sponsored by large media companies and concertsare usually held. It also has lawn tennis courts, a volleyball court, and a basketball court, which doubles as a covered gym.

Another interesting part of the La Paz Plaza is the lagoon and the gazeebo, which is the venue of small gatherings and meetings or simply just a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
