Pintaflores is a festival born out of two activities that highlighted the city's fiesta: the Nabingkalan Tattoo Festival and the Dance of the Flowers. The blending of the two concepts has become the city's unique counterpart to other festivals.
The whole festival is features flowers of different kinds and arrangments: flower props, flower tattoos, flower costumes, and more flowers. This bright and cheery festival depict the people's thanksgiving for abundant blessings and success.
