One of the most interesting natural attractions that can be found in Abra is the Oyas ni Igat. Folklore has told the legend of a giant eel that crossed the mountains from Lenneng Binongan River to Lingas River, which resulted to leaving its mark on the mountain tops. This is what the locals attribute the split cuts, and from then on referred to it as the Oyas ni Igat.
