Cagsawa National Museum is located in
Daraga,
Albay, Philippines.
The Cagsawa Museum is beside the belfry, the only visible part of the Cagsawa Church, at the
Cagsawa Ruins Park. The Museum was inaugurated on October 30, 1992 to represent the cultural heritage of Region V.
The museum lies on a 500 sq. meter lot. The building is divided into 3 structures: the first one features archeological materials found in the in the region. The second one is the geological material collected from the Mayon volcano. The third structure has just been finished and has a bigger space.
Cagsawa National Museum also features a special showcase on volcanoes and a permanent display on Philippine geologic times.
