White Island is a small uninhabited sandbar located two kilometers off the shores of Agoho District, Mambajao. The island is composed completely of white sand. From the island, one can see Mount Hibok-Hibok and Mount Vulcan.
The island is only visible during the low tide. On high tides, it is completely submerged under seawater.
HOW TO GET THERE
On the shoreline of Agoho District, there are pumpboats available that offer roundtrips to White Island. It is recommended that you visit the island during early morning or late afternoon.
