Antique

Iloilo
David's Teas House at Sm City Iloilo is the first David's Tea House opened outside Luzon. The restaurant serves authentic Chinese Food at a reasonable price. David's Tea House serves dimsum, congees, noodle soups, fresh fish, golden prawns, seafoods, sizzling plates, hot soups, juicy pork, tender beef, chicken, fried rice and toppings, roasting and cold cuts and vegetables. Their best sellers are Pata Tim; Fried Lapu-lapu with Pine Nuts and Sweet and Sour Sauce; Hakaw, a dumpling that is 90 percent shrimp; Camaron Rebosado; Cold Cuts which consists of white chicken, pork asado, seaweeds, century eggs and beef; and Yang Chow Fried Rice, which is garnished with shrimp, green peas, pork asado and eggs. Those who have tried Yang Chow Fried Rice will attest that the chef do not scrimp on the ingredients, especially on the shrimp. The restaurant sports the colors red and black and well-lighted by beautiful yellow-red Chinese lanterns.
Ocampo
Deer Farm is located at Sta. Cruz, Ocampo, Camarines Sur, Philippines. Situated about 4 kilometers up in Mt. Isarog , this 5-hectare farm is considered as the Deer Farm of the Philippines . Stocked entirely with Australian species such as Blackbuck Antelope, Fallow Deer, Chital Deer, Red Deer , and Elk. Owned by the Camarines Sur government, it was started late in 1996 with only 60 heads of five species from Australia. Today, the number had increased to over 300 heads. Its goal is to make the province a supplier of deer meat (venison) which is a delicacy to class restaurants while the hides can be used as materials for bags, belts, and other goods while the antlers can be extracted for medicinal value.
