Cavite
Fort San Felipe is located in Sangley Point Naval Base, Cavite City, Philippines.  Fort San Felipe is an old structure dating back to 1609 when the Spaniards built it to to protect part of the then growing city. The structure is made of granite blocks with walls approximately 30 feet high. A wide stairway leads to the top of the fort where a concrete house structure could be found. Cebu City
Fort San Pedro is a military defense structure built in 1738 by native Cebuanos and Spanish laborers under the command of Miguel Lopez de Legazpi. It was intended as a means to repel Muslim raiders. During the American occupation, it was converted into a school where most Cebuanos received formal education. It was later turned into an emergency hospital during battles. Today, it is considered as a historical park with some parts of the fort acting as a museum. Cebu City
Fort San Pedro National Museum is located at Fort San Pedro, Cebu City. Fort San Pedro National Museum exhibits and preserves the Cebu's historical heritage. Also called a museum park, Fort San Pedro is considered as the oldest and, with its circumference of 1.2488 feet (410 meters), the smallest triangular bastion in the Philippines. Displayed in the museum are artifacts taken from the old Spanish Galleon known as SAN DIEGO within the deep sea of Fortune Island off the coast of Nasugbo, Batangas. Artifacts excavated within Forts San Pedro’s premises are also on display some of which includes Ming porcelain pieces of all sizes, coins, lockets, swords fragments, cannons and helmets.  This was also the previous office of the Department of Tourism and the Philippines Tourism Authority in the Visayas Region.Museum hours: 8AM - 7PM daily with an Entrance fee of P15.  Source: Wikipilipinas

Manila
Fort Santiago marks its entrance on the northwestern trip to Intramuros, started in 1571 and completed nearly 150 years later by Filipino forced labor. The pre-Spanish settlement of Rajah Sulayman was a wooden fort on the ashes of which was built the Spanish fortress which was Spain's major defense position in the islands. It looked out on the sea, towards which is canons were trained to ward off pirates and invaders.Also known as the "Shrine of Freedom," in memory of the heroic Filipinos imprisoned and killed here during the Spanish and Japanese eras. Partly rebuilt from the ruins of World War II, it is now a park and promenade housing a resident theater company - PETA, which has used ramparts, old garison and small chapel as theaters for both traditional and modern plays.How to get thereFrom T.M. Kalaw St., walk to Mabini or Pedro Gil Sts. and hail a PUJ bound for the pier and get off at the Bonifacio Drive Intersection. Bacolod City

Olongapo
Friendship Park is located in loacted in Olongapo, Zambales, Philippines. Adjacent to the main gate of the Subic Bay Freeport, this long, narrow park stretches along the Perimeter Road. Davao City
Madrazo is a haven for fruits. The street is filled with stalls selling fruits in season - usually consisting of durian, pomelo, and mango.
