The OISCA Children's Forest Park is the result of a joint project between the Japanese OISCA organization headed by Heroshi Ikeda and the Dipolog city government under the leadership of Mayor Roberto Uy.
The 64-hectare forest park consists of lush forests and is considered a bird sanctuary. The area is a venue for tree planting activities usually participated by some employees from the city hall and invited Japanese guests.
HOW TO GET THERE
The OISCA Forest Park is located in Pamansalan, Barangay Diwan. A drive from the city proper to Barangay Diwan lasts around 40 minutes.
