Tapaz
The Pangilatan Waterfalls Ecotourism Park is located in Tapaz, Capiz. The Pangilatan Waterfalls Ecotourism Park is composed of a main waterfall which has a water drop off of about 81 feet, and countless mini-falls whose water dropoffs are between less than a foot to as high as 7 feet, the total length of which is at least 3.5 kms and could go as far as 8 kilometers and a viewing area on the highest point of Barangay Artuz.  From the viewing area, one could see the rolling hills and mountains of Tapaz and neighboring towns as far as Calinog, Iloilo in the south and Libacao, Aklan in the north. The hills could rival the famous chocolate hills of Bohol. The waterfalls is dubbed as the best Waterfalls in the Western Visayas.  Tapaz, Capiz is 60 kilometers south of Roxas City.  Source:Capiznon

Basey
This cave frames itself in an angular limestone cliff forming a letter “H” where its three (3) main cracks serve to wit its form, its two (2) parallel legs lying 50 meters apart and connected at the entrance by a perpendicular crosspiece.  The cracks serve to be the hub opening for internal hallways. All portions of this cave are geologically active as evidenced by the constant drips of water from stalactites.   The internal cave chambers measured some 49.2 feet high at the end of its leg. Its cathedral immensity contains a mismaze interior that branch out into many multi-leveled chambers and tunnels with an infinite variety of flowstones and rock formations resembling some familiar images of the outside world ranging from miniature of famous tourist spots.  The cave is located within the Sohoton National Park in Basey. Source:Province of Samar Website

Basey
The cave resembles a scar formed by a rock shelter around 164 feet (50 meters) in length and 16.4 feet (5 meters) in height. It is also topographically divided into four parts: Areas, A, B, C and D.  Snow-white glittering stalactites of various symmetry hang from the cave’s ceiling, while the brownish to grayish stalagmites seem to grow endless on the cave’s floor.  The cane is located within the Sohoton National Park in Basey. Source:Province of Samar Website

Basey
Panhulugan Cliff is a high and steep rock formation directly across Panhulugan Cave I.  Down this towering cliff is a narrow curve of the Sohoton River wherein passing bancas are dragged during low tide.  The name Panhulugan is from the waray-waray word “hulug” which means to drop from atop. Filipino rebels had used this cliff as an ambush area during the Filipino-American war.  The cliff is located within the Sohoton National Park. Source:Province of Samar Website

Paoay
Paoay Lake National Park is located in Paoay, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.  It is a land-locked freshwater lake, shaped like a horse, with an area of 470 hectares. Legend has it that the whole area used to be an affluent town punished for its obsessive attachment to wealth and power. Torrential rains flooded and drowned the entire town. Some local folks say fishermen caught fish with gold rings, a testament to the extravant lifestyle of the submerged village. Camalig

Abucay
Paroba Marker is located in Mabatang, Abucay, Bataan, Philippines.  The Abucay- Morong Line, First Major Defense Line of the USAFFE on Bataan crossed at this point deployed from right (East) to (West) where the 57th Regiment Combat Team Philippine Scouts 41st Div. Phil. Army Brig. Gen. Vicente Lim (PA) 51st Div. Phil. Army Brig. Gen. Clifford Bluemel (AUS) and the 1st Regular Div. Phil. Army Brig. Gen. Fidel V. Segundo, PA, first major engagement of this line, 12 January 1942, to the west of the road near the limiting point of the 57th RCT and the 41st Div. Falling to crush through the enemy shifted farther west and attacked the center of the 41st Division, 17 January, 1942, then the limiting point of the 51st Div. 20 January 1942. Left flank of the 1st Regular Div. Along the axis of the Morong-Bagac Road, also assaulted 20 January 1942 enemy infiltration through unmanned portion of the line between Mount Natib and Silanganan resulted in the envelopment of the 1st Regular Div. and finally the abandonment of the Pilar-Bagac Line on 24 January, 1942. Source:Bataan.gov.ph
