The savory broth alone is an ultimate treat to the gustatory senses. Then, the only product that Ted's served was the “original” La Paz Batchoy. It was sold for only Php 0.20 centavos, that was in 1945. It was served in bowls exactly one would have in its present branches. Nowadays, the batchoy comes in different varieties and sizes. To meet the customer's demands for variety, Ted's developed other batchoy products such as miswa, bihon, and sotanghon batchoy. The noodles has its variants though the broth and toppings of crushed pork cracklings, pork strips, and liver strips remain the same.
