Tigkaralag Festival (from the root word “kalag” meaning soul) is Pavianhons’ way of celebrating All Soul’s Day. Tigkaralag is a dance drama competition between the barangays in the district of Pavia. The festival is started with a parade of the contestants in Halloween costumes.
