Igcabugao, also spelled Igkabugao, is the most elevated barrio in Igbaras, pomelo or kabugaw grow abundantly in the area thus the name Igcabugao. This barrio is tagged as the "summer place" of Igbarasnons because of its cool climate that is much like of Baguio's.
Barangay Igcabugao is home to Igbaras' several beauty spots. Igcabugao is a remote, actually the farthest, barangay in Igbaras which covers vast pasture lands and forestlands. Within these forestlands are pure unexploited works of nature that attracts local and foreign tourists alike. Beauty spots in Igcabugao are Igcabugao Cave, Lapusan Cave, with an underground river, and Guiritsan Falls.
